1/32 Fw 190 A Weighted Tires

The resin has a nice weight to it that finally makes the landing gear sit properly instead of floating. Six tires in the set — four mains, two rears — and the pour stubs clean up with barely any sanding.

The resin has a nice weight to it that the kit tires totally lack, and the tread detail is much crisper than I expected at this scale. Six tires in the bag, four mains and two rears, so no guessing which goes where.

The set comes with four main tires and two rear ones, so I could swap out the kit-supplied rubber on both my A-4 and A-8 builds. The resin has that nice subtle bulge where the tire meets the ground, which makes a big difference on a 1/32 plane sitting on its gear.
