The cap is nicely stretchy, so it went on my DDS doll without any struggle. I just wish the wig cap was a tiny bit thicker to hide the rooting underneath better, but the color is exactly what I wanted.

The fit is spot-on for my SD-sized doll, and the 23.5 cm measurement matched perfectly without any slipping. Only gripe is the color transfer warning—I wish they'd mentioned how easily it can stain, so I'll have to be extra careful with lighter faces.
