1/32 Raiden Photo-Etched Exterior Set

The rotor blade control surfaces came out noticeably crisper than the kit plastic, which I wasn't expecting at this scale. Fitting the cowl flaps took some careful bending but they sit flush once glued.

The flaps and cowl flaps are so much crisper than the kit plastic they're replacing, and they bent into shape without any fuss. Paired with the rotor blade bits, the whole exterior finally looks right at 1/32. Took me an evening to fit them all, worth every minute.

The flaps and cowl flaps are so thin they almost look real once painted, way better than the kit plastic they replace. Fiddly to bend into place, but a few minutes with tweezers and they sit flush against the wing.
