The navy and purple runners on the shoulders really pop once they're snapped together, way more than I expected from straight runners. Fit is tight in a good way, barely any seam lines to sand. Took me a weekend to finish and it's easily the nicest 1/100 I've built this year.

The purple and navy runners came pre-molded in separate colors, so I only needed a bit of paint on the silver trim to get it looking right. Fit is tight, almost no flashing to clean up, and it stands about 18cm once assembled.

The four-color molding saves a ton of painting time since the beige and silver parts look fine right out of the box. Fit is mostly tight, though a couple of the shoulder joints needed a bit of sanding before they'd sit flush.
