The photo-etched panels add a crispness to the fuselage that plastic alone can't match, especially around the wing roots. Took a bit of patience to bend the smaller brackets, but the final look is worth every minute.
Wasn't sure the exterior set would be worth the extra work on a 1/32 build, but the cooling louvers and cowl panels dropped in with barely any trimming. The etched detail around the exhaust area is a huge step up from the kit plastic. Took an evening to fit but the result speaks for itself.
The brass is thin enough to bend with tweezers without creasing, and the seat harness buckles look sharper than the kit plastic ones. Only gripe is the instructions are just a single sheet with no part numbers, so test-fit before you commit to glue.
